Patch created by Visual Patch have change to crash when patch file on Windows 10

i am using the version of 3.6.

When patch file on Windows 10, it has change crash.

Have this be fixed on latest version 3.8 ?

I am not aware about any issues with the current version of Visual Patch on Windows 10.
